I am responsible for facilitating investment proposals through the Investment and Growth Reserve and supporting key infrastructure projects that benefit the region.
I live on an Avocado Orchard to the west of Whangārei and that, along with my two kids keeps me pretty busy outside of work.

Vaughan is also the Chair of Economic Development New Zealand (EDNZ).
