CONTESTABLE EVENTS FUND
The Regional Events Fund was first introduced to Te Tai Tokerau in 2021 and is an exciting opportunity for events in Taitokerau Northland.
Northland Inc has been charged with delivering the Ministry for Business and Innovation (MBIE) Regional Events Fund into the Taitokerau Northland region in a way that drives visitation through investment in innovative and sustainable events. These events will have a positive impact on the local economic landscape and offer new and exciting experiences within the region.
Northland Inc. seeks to work collaboratively with the events industry to support the sustainable growth of events within Northland and enhance the quality of peoples’ lives via event participation and affiliated social initiatives.
The Northland Events Fund is a contestable events fund in which all applications are assessed by the Northland Events Fund Panel against the outlined criteria and guidelines.

| Funding issued and event activity commences | Monday 2 December, 2024 |
