The Hokianga isite Visitor Centre provides a comprehensive information and booking service for accommodation, activities, attractions and travel in the Hokianga and New Zealand. We are part of New Zealand's official nationwide Visitor Information Network.

The wide open spaces of the Hokianga offer spectacular natural views, walkways, adventure tours, horse trekking, sand tobogganing, cruises, arts and crafts, and fishing. This is a special undiscovered part of Northland which is a beautiful place to visit any time of the year. Take a short drive to the Waipoua Kauri Forest, the home of the legendary giant kauri tree, Tane Mahuta.
