Aroha Island is a 12-hectare ecological sanctuary 12km north-east of Kerikeri in the Bay of Islands. Vehicle access via a causeway from the mainland. Guests have the chance to encounter kiwi in their natural habitat. Aroha Island offers the Kiwi Holiday Home (3 brm-sleeps 6) sea views, private lawn, WIFI, FreeviewTV, aircon/heat pump, & fully equipped kitchen. Tui Cottage (sleep up to 6). Swimming beach, bush walks. Our Eco Centre is open daily and provides information about the natural & cultural history of this unique place.
