On the banks of the Waitangi River with extensive gardens and outdoor pool, we offer you a tranquil haven to relax in. Lights snacks can be provided or a Kiwi BBQ on request allowing you time to rest after a long drive or a day out.
The 4 units on offer all have far-reaching views up and down the Waitangi River. They are luxuriously appointed, all having en suite facilities and private decks. We offer a booking service for all trips and tours in the area. These are many and varied, from a flight up to Cape Reinga over the stunning Northland Coast to forest walks close by and water sports in the Bay of Islands which is a 7 minute drive away in Paihia. The history of our country is right here at the Waitangi Treaty Grounds, the birthplace of our Nation. The oldest buildings in New Zealand are in Kerikeri which is 20 minutes away from the Lodge. Taking care of our guests is our primary goal and we will assist you in any way we can to make your time in the Bay, your best.
