DAY 2
From Waipū to Whangārei
Wake up to the fresh coastal air and enjoy breakfast at your accommodation or venture into Waipū township for a relaxed café meal.
Just off the main highway, Waipū Golf Club is known for its superb greens and breathtaking coastal views. With the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop, this scenic course is a pleasure to play and a challenge to master.
After your round, enjoy lunch at Oceanview Café, located at the clubhouse. The name says it all - sit back, enjoy a meal, and take in some of the best views in the region.
In the afternoon, either explore more of Bream Bay or head into Whangārei City. Don’t miss the Hundertwasser Art Centre with Wairau Māori Art Gallery, where bold colors, organic architecture, and contemporary Māori art create an unforgettable experience.
