PURPOSE

The Social Impact Assessment of Northland's pipeline of major infrastructure projects was developed to understand the impacts which may arise as a result of proposed works across the region. By understanding the major infrastructure development pipeline for Taitokerau Northland, the report aims to lay the foundation for a pathway to support the region in successfully developing these projects, including ways to maximise opportunities and reduce potential risks.

The Social Impact Assessment Report was produced by Quigley & Watts Ltd, and funded by Northland Inc, Te Whatu Ora, Ministry of Social Development, and Kāinga Ora.
