The Ngāwha Innovation and Enterprise Park is being developed on a 240-hectare rural site, just a few minutes outside of Kaikohe. The development of the infrastructure has been funded by Kānoa - Regional Economic Development & Investment Unit.

The park is being developed by the council-owned company Far North Holdings, mana whenua Ngāti Rangi, Tinakori Enterprise and the local business community, with support from us as the regional economic development agency for Northland.

At the heart of the park is the development of
an innovation centre to focus on research, development,
innovation and education.

A co-working space where businesses can hot desk and
book meeting rooms will be central to the Innovation

This centre will foster collaboration, help to solve
