Celebrate Puanga at Hihiaua Cultural Centre
Wiremu Sarich (Te Rarawa, Ngapuhi, Tainui), will be weaving legendary tales through interactive storytelling in celebration of Puanganui o te Rangi and Matariki incorporating aro, taakaro (implements of play), taonga puoro, and various natural resources as props. Total audience participation will be encouraged throughout the day.
