Sri Krishna Janmastami

September 7th, 2023 is the date for the annual Sri Krishna Janmastami Festival celebrating the transcendental appearance day of Lord Krishna.

This traditional cultural festival includes mantra chanting, dancing, kirtan, cultural performances, classical dance performances, drama, childrens activities, traditional Vedic ceremonies which invoke auspiciousness, peace, and prosperity, a candlelit midnight aarti ceremony, and a vegetarian feast.

This is a free event for all. However, gifts of fruits, flowers, or cash koha are appreciated. This year we are honoured and delighted to have the international kirtan leader, Vaiyasaki Das, join us for this wonderful celebration. It promises to be a very special festive evening and an event not to be missed!
