I have taught many students in New Zealand to cook authentic Southeast Asian dishes that I know very well as I was born & bred in Singapore. I spent decades of my life growing up in the kitchen watching and learning the ropes of Asian cooking with my mother & grandmother. After 7 years of operations, I have tried & tested proven recipes to help you gain confidence and knowledge on Asian flavours.
The cooking demonstration includes:
2-hour group class

Where to get them asian ingredients,
The essential ingredients to make a curry,
How to cook a curry paste the right way and best of all,
Tasting & recipe.
