At Schnappa Rock we are proud to celebrate the flavour and freshness of local produce on our menu and take pride in the vibrant flavours that Northland and New Zealand has to offer. 

We grow our own spray free produce, use fresh local line caught fish, free range eggs, chicken, freedom farmed pork, locally roasted coffee & try to source other local ingredients where we can. 

Our gardeners, Tim & James, are up before that sun to make sure the pick is at its best when it gets to us. A great relationship between our chefs & gardeners drives innovation and creativity from paddock to plate & it's great to be contributing to the evolving local food story here in Northland. The quality we get from these ingredients is second-to-none.
