Rongoa Workshop

Kia ora koutou. If you would like to learn how to make your own rongoā oils and balms from healing plants that are easy to find in your local community gardens and ngahere, Reitu and Cynthia from Para Kore will be running a hands on wānanga to show you just that!

Bring along a couple of clean, empty small recycled jars or pottles from home (balm or herb&spice sized), and you'll get to go home with some of the rongoā balm you've helped to make - along with the mātauranga to make more for yourself and your whānau.
