If you want to see what’s out there and available locally to guide you on your wellness journey, definitely put this in your diary! The Expo is free to attend thanks to funding from Northland Inc, Far North District Council and the support of The Old Packhouse Market.

Exhibitors will be present that represent one or more of the four 'walls' or dimensions of holistic wellbeing:

Taha Wairua | Spiritual wellbeing

Taha Hinengaro | Mental and emotional wellbeing

Taha Whānau | Family and social wellbeing

Taha Tinana | Physical wellbeing

Alongside stalls, we will have wananga, presentations and speakers throughout the day. Plus music, dance and delicious local kai.
