Quarry Ceramic Awards Opening Night

The Quarry Ceramics Awards (QCA) have grown from a Northland-based event into a vibrant national showcase over 20 years. QCA 2026 brings together 49 exceptional finalists from across Aotearoa, exhibiting at the Yvonne Rust Gallery. Originally founded as the Northland Potters Award, the event has evolved under Quarry Arts Centre into a dynamic celebration of contemporary ceramics, with expanded categories and national reach. Judged by Alicia Courtney, Barry Squire, and Megan Corbett, this exhibition presents an inspiring display of creativity and craftsmanship in contemporary Aotearoa ceramics.
