Ngā Ipu Kōrero - Maunga Kura Toi Graduate Exhibition

Join us for the class of 2023 graduating exhibition for Maunga Kura Toi, Bachelor of Māori Arts. This Exhibition Project Plan is a collective contribution from 12 practitioners in the 3 spaces of Maunga Kura Toi kei Whangārei; Raranga, Whakairo and Rauangi.

We will be exhibiting for our graduate showcase ranging from traditional to contemporary materials. I haere mai tātou I Tawhiti honouring our past, is the composition of the collection of the art practitioners as they traverse through learning skills and using the repositories of pūrākau that inspire and create new knowledge both individually and collectively.

The Maunga Kura Toi - Bachelor of Māori Arts is a unique opportunity to learn Whakairo, Rāranga or Rauangi, with ākonga gaining a deeper understanding of Ngā Toi. The degree equips ākonga to contribute significantly to Toi Māori, Te Ao Māori, communities and industries.
