Matakohe Holiday Park is situated on the upper reaches of the Kaipara Harbour. 140km North of Auckland, with rural harbour views and landscaped grounds.
We offer the following facilities: park motels, self-contained units, cabins, powered and tent sites.. There is a modern amenities block with toilets, non-metered showers, laundry, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge and freezer and a communal TV lounge. A barbecue is available and all weather parking.
The Kauri Museum is great all year attraction ,the largest under cover exhibits in the north and a great insight in to how New Zealand pioneer's lived.
