Who is Ranjna Patel, ONZM, QSM, JP & NZ Business Hall of Fame Laureate?

Ranjna is a 3rd generation NZ'er who grew up working in the family fruit shop in Auckland before she travelled to India to marry her husband at the age of 18. Together they co-created NZ's largest private equity primary healthcare network, Tamaki Health, which provides health and wellbeing services to over 300,000 registered patients in Aotearoa. Married for over 50 years, she has three children and 8 grandchildren and is deeply passionate about female empowerment. She's been driving initiatives in healthcare, family harm prevention and cultural empowerment to break barriers for Indian women in Aotearoa.

Her philanthropic work led to her establishing Gandhi Nivas, a family harm prevent programme which is delivery significant social returns, and she serves on numerous boards and holds a variety of governance positions.
