Great Escape Two Day Introduction to Sailing Adventure

Suitable for beginners, this fun two-day practical course gives you an excellent introduction to sailing. Safe and enjoyable, you’ll be out sailing with your instructor each day; gaining new skills, exploring the bays and stopping in secluded coves for lunch. Optional night aboard at the dock or out in the Bay. Tailored private training for two to five sailors. You'll have the boat and a qualified, experienced instructor to yourselves. You'll learn essential safety skills and basic sailing lingo, have a go with tacking, gybing and other crew positions on the boat, you'll even get to helm. No prior experience is required. By the end of the course, you should have your Level 1 Yachting New Zealand (YNZ) Keelboat qualification.
