Tohunga Tumau returns for the fourth year with an all-star cast of Maori master chefs that includes the Hangi Master Rewi Spraggon, Duke of Marlborough Executive Chef Tama Salive, Charlottes Kitchen Head Chef Liam Tito-Salive, New Zealand MasterChef winners, Karena & Kasey Bird, and Joe McLeod, Presenter of Classical Maori Cuisine Concepts of New Zealand.
Join us for an incredible culinary experience of fine dining featuring the best of modern Maori cuisine, entertainment and culture will be a night to remember and includes a Canape Reception from 5.00pm followed by a 4-course meal, designed and prepared especially for Puanga Matariki by our master chefs who will each introduce their dish.
Each course will be matched with a superb Northland or Maori produced wine as well.
We will have awesome entertainment throughout the night, with Ngāti Soul performing our reception welcome, and dinner music. Followed by Coco Loco, taking us through into the night!
