We are brining Tohunga Tumau back to Northland for the fifth year! We are bringing you a lineup of some All-Star Māori Master Chefs to celebrate all things Northland!
Join us for an incredible culinary experience of fine dining featuring the best of modern Māori cuisine, entertainment and culture will be a night to remember and includes a Canape Reception from 5.00pm followed by a 4-course meal, designed and prepared especially for Puanga Matariki by our master chefs who will each introduce their dish.
Each course will be matched with a superb Northland or Māori produced wine as well.
