Earth Tongue "Dungeon Vision" Tour

Whats On

Fresh off the announcement of their forthcoming third album, Dungeon Vision, Aotearoa’s heavy-psych duo Earth Tongue return home this February for a run of six album-release shows across the motu. The tour follows the band’s whirlwind international touring cycle and gives fans the earliest chance to hear brand-new material.

The first show lands on the day of Dungeon Vision’s release, with a performance at the Turner Centre, Kerikeri, on Friday 13 February. They’ll follow up with Tāmaki Makaurau’s Double Whammy on Saturday 14 February, then Last Place, Hamilton on Sunday 15 February. The duo will then head south for a run in Ōtepoti at Pearl Diver on Thursday 19 February, Space Academy in Ōtautahi on Friday 20 February, before finishing the tour in Te Whanganui-a-Tara at the iconic San Fran on Saturday 21 February.

Guitarist Gussie Larkin and drummer Ezra Simons have been based in Berlin, writing and recording Dungeon Vision with Los Angeles garage-rock icon Ty Segall, who has helped capture Earth Tongue’s most immersive and ambitious work yet. With anticipation building after the release of their towering title track ‘Dungeon Vision’ and its handcrafted, cinematic music video, Earth Tongue edges fans toward a set of shows that will bring a fully realised Dungeon Vision experience.
