Returning this winter, Sage invites you to a weekend celebrating two of New Zealand’s most distinctive seasonal expressions — black truffle and cool climate wines.
Sourced directly from Central Otago’s Black Quail Estate, Executive Chef Dan Fraser has developed a four-course menu shaped around the earthy richness and depth of the season’s truffles. Each course is thoughtfully paired with wines from our sister vineyard, Clos Ostler, in the Waitaki Valley.
Hosted by Brand Ambassador Connor Magides from Clos Ostler alongside Viticulturist Timbo Deaker, this is an opportunity to celebrate the character of New Zealand’s winter produce, alongside award-winning wines at Sage.
