You have the choice between self-contained Studio Unit on the ground floor with terrace surrounded by subtropical garden or Private Room/ensuite and balcony on the first floor with stunning sea views.
The Studio apartment has a Super King size double Bed, which can be converted in twin beds if you wish so. (Please advise at reservation). The Studio on the ground floor is completely self-contained with a small kitchenette, dining and sitting area and outdoor furniture, TV, DVD and BBQ on a spacious terrace. (no seaview but a large patio in garden).
The Private Room upstairs has a Queen size bed, sitting area and dining table in and outside. You find a refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, (no cooking), private Bathroom and you will enjoy the beautiful view down the Bay towards Waitangi. This room has a private separate entrance.
Both rooms have free WIFI and free off street parking.
