Whats On

Aerial Fitness is a full-body FLOOR workout which compliments your aerial journey - or is an excellent workout for anyone, regardless of aerial experience.

We start with a stretch, move on to 3 sets of 5 (1 minute) exercises using your own body weight, and then finish with a stretch to help muscles recover and increase flexibility.

PLEASE NOTE: Aerial Fitness is NOT an aerial class (we do not use the lyra hoop or silks) it is designed to improve your aerial skills by helping you to lose weight, get fit, build strength, tone and body awareness plus improve flexibility.

Aerial Fitness is on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm.
