Adventure Puketi – Full Day Guided Forest Walks

Full Day Tour - You are guided through the heart of the Puketi Forest, visit stunning stands of awesome Kauri trees which are encircled by great views of the Bay of Islands. You experience many types of fauna and flora.

Visit NZ's 4th largest Kauri - Te Tangi o Te Tui, plus the remnants of one of the grandest Kauri ever felled in the forest as you visit a sanctuary for these giant trees that have been protected since 1951.

The trail leads you to an unusual stand of Kauri and hard beech forest along the banks of the river.

Bottled water, morning, lunch and afternoon refreshments provided for the 5-6 hour forest experience.
