At Aqua, we strive to nurture relationships, with our guests, our suppliers, and with our community. Like all good restaurants should, we source locally, we support sustainability, we desire traceability around all our sourced products, we want to know where our food is from, and how it got here.
We work with suppliers to choose products that are in line with our and global policy, we strive to reduce our packaging waste and will always use recyclable products where and when we can.
