Sorry, this event has been and gone.

Coming to ride in our vintage trains in the school holidays? Our carriages are dry!

We are the oldest line in North Island and the only one in NZ that runs trains along the main street of a town.

Come for a different view of Hundertwasser's World famous toilets, and go to see the longest curved wooden bridge in the Southern Hemisphere.

We're running 7th to 23rd July inclusive: departures from Kawakawa Railway Station: 10:45am, 12 noon, 1:15pm and 2:30pm daily. We suggest arriving a few minutes beforehand to give time to purchase tickets. The rides take about 50 minutes to return to Kawakawa.

Looking forward to welcoming you aboard... More information on the website.
